By using the website or services of J & J Commercial Windows & Doors LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide commercial and residential window, door, glass, and security lock services across Dearborn and Wayne County, Michigan. All services are subject to availability, weather, and current dispatch load.

Pricing and Payment

We provide a price quote before dispatching a technician. The final price will match the quote unless circumstances on-site materially change. Payment is due at completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments.

Damage Liability

We carry full commercial liability and property damage insurance on all window, door, and locksmith services. If our technician causes damage, it is covered by our insurance. Pre-existing damage is not covered.

Cancellation

If you cancel a dispatched technician before they arrive, no charge applies. If the technician has arrived on-site and you cancel, a service call fee may apply.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation is unsafe (e.g., structural hazards, active fires, or hostile environments). We may also recommend that emergency services be involved before we begin work.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided plus reasonable damage repair through our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
